At Future Ordering we are providing a digital ordering platform for global restaurant brands. We have for almost 10 years been working restlessly to create a platform to disrupt the global Food and Beverage industry. Today we are running in 10 countries with millions of transactions per month. The company has attracted restaurant brands such as Sushi Yama, Max Burgers and Circle K.

Future Ordering is growing in the European market and looking to reinforce our technical operations team. You will collaborate with Future Orderings development teams to improve platform quality, assist customer projects and improving efficiencies in the day to day workflow through automations. You will be a critical role in bridging the gap between software development and daily customer requests. Your primary focus will be enabling development teams to deliver high-quality software and consistent changes at a rapid pace.

Responsibilities

• Create, find and document methods for error searching and solving problems.
• Identify and implement technical solutions creating possibility to identify problems earlier.
• Develop methods to automate Testing, Deployment, Configuration, Infrastructure, Identifying issues and more.
• Collaborate with development teams to improve software quality.
• Utilize your customer perspective to assist and improve end-user usability of the platform.

Requirements

• Have at least 2 years of work experience.
• Knowledge and experience with basic programming.
• Fundamental technical interest.
• Enjoys problem solving.
• Clear communication skills.
• Enjoys learning new things.
• Is not deterred by change.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud's infrastructure.
• Knowledge of DevOps processes and it's methodologies.

The role is based in our Office in Stockholm or Luleå, and is possible to combine with work on remote.
